Submitting and paying for a request starts the preparation process. It does not guarantee that the deed can be completed in the form requested. The appointed notary must verify the parties, documents, title, capacity, consent and legal requirements — and payment of a platform fee does not compel a notary to accept the engagement.

Request supporting civil-status documents
Civil-status certificates are issued exclusively by the competent public authority. Notary.mu prepares or facilitates the application (assisted mode) or, where a formally authorised government integration exists, retrieves the document with your consent. Notary.mu will never request or store your MauPass password.
