Notary.mu is a legal-and-compliance operations platform for Mauritius — it prepares, verifies and manages regulated legal, property and compliance matters (notarial and conveyancing, AML/KYC, document retrieval, private agreements such as rentals, and land and vehicle records) and connects you with the professionals who complete them.

notary.mu is operated by Atlentra Ltd, a company incorporated in Mauritius (Business Registration Number C23196770), registered office 41 Etienne Pellereau Street, Port-Louis, Mauritius, under a technology and intellectual-property licence from AI Telemetrics Ltd (United Kingdom, company number operator to complete), which owns the platform technology. What Notary.mu is
Notary.mu is an independent digital infrastructure platform. It is not a notary, a notarial office, a professional association or a government authority. Participating notaries are independent professionals who retain exclusive responsibility for legal advice, professional verification, preparation, execution and completion of notarial deeds.
The platform has two sides. Members of the public prepare a matter, organise documents and choose a notary. Participating professionals work inside a restricted workspace where they receive the dossier, examine it, request what is missing, allocate tasks to their own authorised staff, and direct the preparation. The division of function is as follows.

Responsibility passes at a recorded moment. When a professional accepts a matter, the date, time, accepting professional and responsible office are written to the dossier and the client is notified by name. Before that moment nothing prepared on the platform has been reviewed by any professional.
Participating professionals
Notaries, land surveyors and lenders appear in the public directories only after identity verification and with their explicit consent, and are removed on request or on change of status. Directory presence is not an endorsement or ranking.
Security and data hosting
Credentials are stored hashed (scrypt); access is role-separated and enforced server-side; professional acts, document downloads and credit-file accesses are audit-logged; personal areas are excluded from search-engine indexing.
