Lenders on the platform

When a purchase or loan is secured on property, the lender is a party to the deed. Banks and licensed lenders with a verified platform account prepare charges and erasures directly with the notary, see their secured parcels on the map, and verify borrowers with structured due-diligence tools.

What a lender's workspace includes

Security dossiers

  • Fixed and floating charges prepared with the notary
  • Erasures / mainlevées when loans are settled

Borrower verification

  • Sanctions, PEP and adverse-information checks
  • Beneficial-ownership mapping for corporate borrowers

Secured parcels

  • Survey packages filed against each dossier
  • Every secured property plotted on the map
What this is not. This page lists participating institutions; it is not a comparison, ranking or recommendation of any lender or product, and nothing on this platform is credit advice or brokerage. Lending decisions, terms, and each institution's regulatory obligations — including its own customer due diligence — remain entirely with the lender. Borrowers choose their lender independently.
