Boundary beacons — one per line

Grid coordinates are converted with the Mauritius Grid (Le Pouce 1934, EPSG:3337); GPS positions are WGS84. Conversion accuracy ≈ 1–2 m — for plotting and consistency checks, never a substitute for the surveyor's measurements.

Filing attaches the documents, the beacon list (both coordinate systems), the computed polygon and the checks to the dossier for the notary's review. The PIN is cross-checked against the parcel register when the registry connection is live.

What the notary sees. The parcel polygon over the map, the memorandum and plan alongside the draft deed, the surveyor's identity and LS number, the computed area against the declared extent, and any beacon that looks out of place — before the deed is vetted, not after.
