Who ultimately owns or controls the company?
Enter the ownership structure — including corporate shareholders, nominees, trusts and control without shareholding — and the platform calculates the natural persons who ultimately own or control it, with an ownership chart and a draft declaration for professional review.
Direct owners and controllers
Add each shareholder of the company. If a shareholder is itself a company or a trust, you will be asked who owns that entity in turn. Add anyone who exercises control without owning shares (for example through board control or veto rights) with 0% and the role "Controller".
