Conditions & completion

A matter can’t complete while a condition is open — a mainlevée to obtain, a permit to receive, a payment to make. Each condition can depend on its trigger, so the mainlevée can’t be ticked before the payment it rests on.

Completion is earned, not assumed. Open conditions block completion; overriding takes an explicit acknowledgement and a reason, on the record. Marking a condition satisfied requires evidence — the platform records your confirmation, it never fabricates a mainlevée, a permit or a payment.
