My drafting style & precedents

Upload specimens of the deeds you draft — tagged by type — and record how you like them written. Choose from your practice’s 188 deed types (with how common each is), and build your private style library — the foundation for drafting deeds in your own way. Your precedents stay yours: they are never shared with another notary or pooled into a common model.

Two things to know. You can upload your own specimen / template (client personal details removed) or adopt a generic model as a starting point — uploads ask you to confirm de-identification. And generating a deed in your style is done by the drafting engine, which always returns a draft for you to review and adopt, never a finished deed; it produces nothing until the engine is connected.
