Heirship & undivided shares

Compose ownership across a chain of intestate deaths and reconcile the result against a deed’s stated share. Give the property’s starting owner and, for each death, the heirs and their fractions as the notoriétés set them — the system does the exact fraction arithmetic across the whole chain and tells you whether it adds up.

What this does and does not do. The heirs and their shares are the notary’s determination, taken from the notoriétés and affidavits. The platform does the arithmetic across the chain — the part that is error-prone by hand — and reconciles it against the deed; it does not decide the legal shares, and it never invents an heir or a fraction. Shares are computed as exact fractions, so a third and a quarter compose without drift.
