One reusable record per person or entity, then two checks the deeds keep needing: is the étude acting for opposing sides, and does a party carry an unresolved capacity concern.

It flags, you decide. Conflicts and capacity concerns are surfaced for your judgment — the platform records the position, it does not clear it, and it never infers that someone lacks capacity.
