Survey-report intake & verification

Turn a surveyor’s rapport d’arpentage into a verified structured record. The system checks the lot and PIN inventory, reconciles the lot areas against the parent parcel, verifies that every shared boundary is the same length from both lots, and flags anything it cannot settle from the text — for you to confirm against the plan.

What this does and does not do. The platform verifies the surveyor’s arithmetic and internal consistency; it does not certify the survey — the arpenteur juré’s responsibility is recorded, not replaced. Values parsed from a scanned report are a proposal you confirm; nothing is written to the cadastre until you do, and the engine never invents a lot, a PIN, an area or a length — missing data is flagged. Angular closure needs the plan’s coordinates; the text gives side lengths and directions only.

1 · Paste the report text (best-effort extraction)

2 · Parcel details
