Address for service of process

For attorneys and ushers only. Establish a person’s address of record so that court documents can be served — tied to a matter and a court reference, with the source stated on the result. This is not a location, surveillance or tracking service.

How this is bounded. The service discloses an address of record from the stated source, for the service of legal process only. Every request must carry a matter and court/cause reference and your attestation, and every request is logged. A nil result does not mean the person has no address; a candidate is put to you to confirm against the matter and is never a confirmed identification. It never reports a person’s current whereabouts.
