A clean result does not mean a title is safe. Treat any match as a matter to investigate, never as proof of wrongdoing, and never as a substitute for the transcription and priority search at the Conservator of Mortgages.

For a dealing you know of that was not submitted through Notary.mu — another notary, or lodged directly with the Registrar-General. It surfaces to conflict checks alongside platform deeds. Full coverage of outside dealings needs the Registrar-General / MERP feed, which is not yet connected.
